After waiting four days on the side of a road in the Bush stranded- we ordered two tyres from tyre power to arrive in carnarvon, once tyres arrived (3 days later) we finally reached tyre power to get our replacements, the red headed 40's balding fitter greeted me with a bombshell of 'tyre fitting' questions, I was in no mood for negative attitudes, especially being a paying customer with the situation we had experienced prior to getting there- and being a paying customer I thought he would be a bit more mature & understanding, he then had a go at me for not knowing the answer to what he was asking me about rims (i said to him I'm not a tyre fitter and that's why we have come to tyre power)- I said my husband was around the corner and just to please wait so he could answer his question, the tyre fitting guy then said he was in a rush with attitude Bcoz their delivery truck broke down...My husband came back literally two minutes later ,watched him put our new tyres on and noticed he hadn't fitted one of them on right so had to tell him to do it again. We paid $258 & got treated like second class citizens, he could of handled himself in a much more mature & professional professional way but chose not too - pathetic.
